- 1 tbsf scoop protein powder
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- ¾ cup of blueberries (chilled & frozen)
- Few drops of almond extract
- 2 tbsf sugar-free cheesecake pudding
- ½ a cracker, crushed
- Put every thing mentioned in the ingredients (protein powder, almond milk along with extract and blueberries) and blend until a creamy smoothie is reached .
- Finish the recipie by adding cheesecake pudding. Continue blending it till it becomes a shake.
