- 1. 2 ½ pounds salmon filet (sliced into 2″ wide slices)
- 2. 1 cup water 5 tablespoons dark brown sugar (packed)
- 3. 1/4th cup soy sauce (reduced-sodium)
- 4. 2 tablespoons honey 4 cloves garlic (finely minced)
- 5. 1 teaspoon fresh ground ginger
- 6. 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 7. 1/8th teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 8. 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 9. 1/4th cup water (cold)
- Combine all ingredients well, add little by little water and make a dough.
