Are you fond of Pita bread recipe (a greek cuisine). It can be made easily in home without oven. Made by combining flour with yeast, complted  in no time. Easy to follow recipe. Enjoy!


    • For yeast mixture:
      1. Half cup warm milk
      2. 1 tsp yeast
      3. 1/2 tsp sugar.  Combine them all and rest it for 10 mins
    • For Dough:
      1. 4 cups all purpose flour/Maida
      2. 1 cup wheat flour
      3. 1 tbsp salt…. Take spicy red chilies in a container.


      1. Combine all ingredients well, add little by little water and make a dough.
      2. Spread it on a surface and knead till it is soft and rest it for 2 hours for first proofing.
      3. After 2 hours knead agin by rolling, sliding and stretching well.
      4. Rest it again for half an hour for second proofing
      5. After second proof, take equal portions and roll, don’t roll too thin.
      6. Cook the rolled pita’s on tawa, it will puff up soft and fluffy.
      7. Enjoy your bread with veg/non-veg korma’s or any other side dish.
